This is a kind-of-sequel of my earlier post, in which i started out ' de-coding ' the Da Vinci Code... Yesterday night (or shall i say early morning?) 0025 hrs, i finished reading my last 100 and odd pages of the novel. From past 4 days, this novel had thrilled and gripped me with lotz of secrets and real facts and yesterday i made up my mind to finish this decoding process, no matter what time it may cost me !! :-) About the novel, the novel is superb with lotz and lotz of unimagined twists to the story...speaks out lot of facts about Jesus and his follower (or as argued/told by many people, his wife!!) The story is very much intresting and sometimes, i felt, he (read: The Author Dan Brown) moves out of the scene and brings in lot of facts about Christianism, which causes to skip those pages and move to the current plot... But on the whole, u will definitely find the stuff intresting !! so, grab the code and start decoding !! :-)

Yesterday, Sunday, i had been to Crossword Bookstore...The reason for me going to Crossword was that in the newspaper, i saw that there is a 'movie festival' going on in this bookstore, where some amount of discount is being offered on a range of movie VCDs/DVDs. Hence, i planned to buy some movies and hence i set out for this bookstore. But, to my luck [good or bad, no idea! :-)], i could not find much of the 'range' mentioned...so, i was searching for some books when i found the Novel 'Da Vinci Code'. I knew that this novel is bit special as it made lots of news and headlines in the media. So, i thought, i will go for this and hence bought the book. Back home, after some time, i started with this novel...and my god, its so intresting right from page 1 that i cound not leave that book off for a minute...even for dinner and sleep! But u have to, right? :-) fine...s o, as of now, i am in the 11th Chapter of this book....trying to crack the Da Vinci Code !!

As i said before, i got the ticket to the BLACK movie...given to us by the great director Sanjay Leela Bhansali....the stage set on fire by none other than the 'Big B' Amitabh Bhachan, the gifted actress Rani Mukherjee and last but not the least the young Ayesha - She is too too brilliant, very splendid performance by her! The show was scheduled to start at 1930hrs but as usual, it was delayed by half-an-hour and started at 2000hrs. I had got a good seat (R row, which is last but one row in the theatre and u get a very good view of the screen...without paining ur neck !!) This movie is really spell-bounding...its simply amazing and what not....Excellent i can tag it !! The performances by everybody in the movie is heart-touching...this given some more effect by the wonderful background score !! I still keep on humming that music ...so catchy!! SLB has given a very emotional touch to this film also...simply great!! But yes, this is my view of the movie...i have seen the oth

Just now got the ticket for the much-awaited Sanjay Leela Bhansali's BLACK movie !! First day 1930hrs show !! Can't wait for watching the movie....come 7.30...come fast....:-)

To begin with, i have started an initiative for creating awareness among public about this eye donation concept. In India there are approximately 40 lakh people who suffer from blindness due to some defect in the cornea. 60% of such cases are found in children below the age of 12 years. Here, we can pitch in by pledging our eyes and later donating our eyes (after death) so that 2 corneally affected blind persons can see and enjoy the beauty of this world with our eyes! Eye pledging and donation is a very strong concept where a person can pledge his/her eyes for donation. Later, after the death of the person, the eyes can be donated. Unfortunately, the number of eyes coming to the eye-banks are very very meagre compared to the current requirement (of blind people). This is due to many reasons, one of them is lack of awareness among public about this good deed! Remember the Aishwarya Rai's campaign of eye donation? Remember Amitabh and Jaya Bhachan's campaign on eye donation? Y

It was new year day and i wanted to buy something 'new' on this day...So fine, I thought I will give rest to my old Nokia 8855 cell (had been with me for 2.2 years !!) and go for a new one...hmmm...My brand is only Nokia !! I kept my budget to 15k and went on a hunt for buying... First i saw Nokia 6610. Though the phone is good, it did not impress me...also, i was looking for a bit funky, upwardly cell (hmmm...was buying a new cell after 2.2 years...thought let me have a full-fledged, fully loaded cell!)... So, i then saw the Nokia 6600. This is a very decent phone with a very good features...Then a new model called 7610 caught my attention...it was a beautiful piece with a bit of funky look too...was a very much new model in town. I somehow finalized to buy this phone when a new, funky, sexy, cute phone caught my eyes...it was brand new Nokia 6260 !!
